With grief, it is hard to believe that P.M Narendra Modi’s mother Hiraben is no more with us. She was 99. Two days back on Wednesday, She was admitted to the UN Mehta Institute of Cardiology and Research Centre Hospital after her health deteriorated. On 30th Dec 2022 (today) the medical bulletin informed her demise. She passed away at 3.30 A.m. in UN Mehta Inst. of Cardiology and Research Centre Hospital. Moreover, PM Modi said “this is a great journey of 100 years” has ended with his mother’s demise. “A considerable journey of 99 years has come to an end. P.M. said that he has witnessed three qualities in a mother, a journey like that of a selfless worker, tapasvi (saint), and a life dedicated to values,” tweeted P.M Modi.
Modi said when he met his mother on her 100th Birthday she told him one thing which he will always remember “Kam Karo buddhi thi, jivan jivo suddhi thi” (do work using your brain and live life with purity), tweeted P.M Modi. Now, Modi is expected to reach Ahmedabad soon. When he got to know about his mother’s condition, P.M. Modi reached Ahmedabad from Delhi on Wednesday and then he visited the hospital to inquire about Hiraben’s health (his mother). On Wednesday after spending over an hour at the hospital, the PM left for Delhi after doctors informed him that his mother’s health was stable. Moreover, he had also spoken to doctors at the hospital, a government-funded self-governed medical facility. On the other hand, Hiraben, (Modi’s Mother) also called Hiraba, used to live in Raysan village near Gandhinagar city with PM Modi’s younger brother Pankaj Modi.
Prime Minister P.M. Modi regularly visited Raysan and spent some precious time with his mother whenever he visited Gujarat. Lastly, Modi Ji lost her mother as this is a huge loss for him at the end of this year. May his mother’s soul rest in peace.
