Ayaan Mukerji disclosed the “Next phase” for the Brahmastra trilogy. While sharing a post on his social media, the director revealed the Brahmastra 2 release date and thanked the audience for the positive feedback on part 1. He revealed that the universe has the best plans for him at the moment and he hopes to work according to that. “A very special opportunity” is on the way and he can’t lose this project as it will help in an overall growth of his career.
The Brahmastra trilogy will be completed in 2027 after the release of part 2 and 3 simultaneously. He mentioned that perfect visual effects and graphics will be executed only after a perfect script. “Pehle ache se likhenge” then it will come on big screens. He ended his letter with the love and respect for the Indian Cinema.
Part 1 was all about the story of Shiva and the mysterious powers, he was trying to get. In fact, everyone was helping him and realizing his potential in saving humanity. But part 2 will revolve around Dev and Amrita, their love story and Shiva fighting with his own father to save the world from evil. This is however just an anticipation of the movie by the fans and Bollywood analysts.
Brahmastra 2 release date is December, 2026 and part 3 will be released on December, 2027. So it means we have to wait for 3 more years for such a tech. friendly movie. Perfection comes with time and for that wait is must. Not to mention, it is a new original cinematic universe which draws its inspiration from deeply rooted concepts.
