Beast
Beast is a forthcoming Indian Tamil language that will also be released in Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi. Beast is a spy-action thriller written and directed by Nelson and produced by Sun Pictures. The film stars Thalapathy Vijay and Pooja Hegde in the lead roles, while Selvaraghavan, Yogi Babu, and Redin Kingsley assume supporting parts.
The film revolves around a spy agent’s campaign to rescue individuals held by terrorists in a shopping center.
The production rights of Vijay’s 65th film as a lead entertainer, which was likely named Thalapathy 65, were procured by Sun Pictures toward the beginning of January 2020, and the movie was set to be written and directed by AR Murugadoss. However, the makers expelled Murugadoss from the film in October 2020, after he wouldn’t cut his remuneration. Nelson was later hired to write and direct another content for the film.
With an official announcement or declaration during December 2020, the film started principal photography in April 2021 and wrapped by December. It was shot across different areas in Chennai, including an exceptionally planned set looking like that of a shopping center where the majority of the film was shot, while inconsistent timetables occurred in Delhi and Georgia.
The music is composed by Anirudh, and the cinematography has been dealt with by Manoj Paramahamsa and edited by R. Nirmal.

KGF: CHAPTER 2
The impending Kannada spine-chiller KGF Chapter 2 has been scheduled to release on the 14th of April 2022. The film stars superstar Yash in the lead role alongside Sanjay Dutt and Raveena Tandon in pivotal characters.
The movie is directed by Prashanth Neel and produced by Vijay Kirgandur under the Hombale Films banner. The KGF second Chapter is the second part of the KGF series and a continuation of the K.G.F: Chapter 1 released in the year 2018.
The initial segment of the film series was a major blockbuster hit and got rave reviews with immense profits, presently the assumption is high with the second chapter.
Yash in the film appears as Rocky who is the voice against injustices and struggles to fight battles for the people. He assists the people who recognize the changing conditions among criminals and lawmakers in the far and wide business of gold.
Sanjay Dutt is playing the role of Adheera, the villain and the biggest enemy of Yash. He will be seen sporting a unique hairstyle.
Versatile and very beautiful Raveena Tandon shows up in the powerful role of Ramika Sen who is the Prime Minister of the Country in the film.
The multilingual film will be released on the 14th of April in Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, and Hindi.
Jersey
The remake of the 2019 Telugu blockbuster with the same name Jersey a sports drama written and directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri and produced by Dil Raju, Suryadevara Naga Vamsi, and Aman Gill was scheduled to release on 14th April 2022. But the makers have decided to postpone the release date to next week to avoid a clash with KGF: Chapter 2 and Beast.
The Hindi version of Jersey has Shahid Kapoor and Mrunal Thakur in the lead roles along with Pankaj Kapur.
The music of the films has been scored by Anirudh Ravichander and Sachet-Parampara. The cinematography is done by Anil Mehta. The editing job has been done by Naveen Nooli.
Jersey story deals with late bloomers who want to aspire to sports, yet face a few complications. The storyline follows Arjun (Shahid Kapoor), a skilled however bombed cricketer who chooses to get back to cricket in his mid-30s, driven by the longing to address the Indian cricket crew, and satisfy his child’s desire for a shirt as a gift.
The insight about the film being deferred for the fifth time comes only three days before its countrywide release in theatres on April 14. Prior, the film got postponed in December because of a surge in the Covid cases in the nation and worries over the Omicron variation.
It will be interesting to see who will be the winner of out these releases as the Indian film industry is still recovering from the gap of 2 years when the COVID 19 pandemic forced the closure of all cinemas and theaters.
