One of such web series was Paatal Lok, which was the project of Anushka Sharma. The series is a murder thriller based on the novel “The Story of My Assassins” by Tarun Tejpal. Story of the Paatal Lok 2
The story of the first season revolves around the character Hathiram Chaudhary, who is a cynical officer who becomes the dark underworld, after getting a high-profile murder case. The plot is based on the comparison between today’s societal order and Hindu mythology, where heaven, Earth, and hell are- the residences of influential people, the middle class, and victims, respectively. The main twist is that the main flaws are hidden until the conclusion, which piques the interest of the viewers.

The show will be on Amazon Prime, directed by Avinash Arun and Prosit Roy. For the first time, any Bollywood story casts Chitrakoot, and more than 110 real locations are all over the globe. The producer, Sudip Verma, announced the release date in a press release.
However, the first season was a tremendous success, and we hope that season 2 is also going to be remarkable. It is expected that the paatal lok season 2 release date will be by the end of this year.
